Support and Frequently Asked Questions
If you have a question regarding one of my books or articles, please consult my Q & A pages. There’s a chance your question may already be answered online. If it is not, you can use a form in the Q & A pages system to ask a question. I try to answer questions within a week.
I do not provide support for my books, articles, Web site, or anything else by e-mail, contact form, Guest Book, U.S. mail, telephone, or fax. There are no exceptions to this rule. I simply cannot provide one-on-one support for my work. The Q & A pages enable me to answer a question once in a forum where many people can benefit from the information. No other form of communication does that.
Consulting Work
I no longer do any consulting work. All of my time is used up by my writing work and the work I need to do to build my helicopter charter business. I am no longer taking on any new clients.
Blog Feedback
If you have a comment about one of my blog entries, use the Comment link at the bottom of the entry to enter it and share it with other site visitors. Rest assured that I’ll read it, too. If I have a response to your comment, that’s where it’ll go.
If your comment is of a more general nature — that is, not related to a specific post — please use the Guest Book to share it with me and other site visitors. Just remember that I will not respond to any comments posted in the Guest Book.
Please do keep in mind that I will remove or edit any comments or Guest Book entries that are overly offensive. This is a PG-rated site; keep your language in check. And nasty personal attacks against me, other commenters, or people discussed in blog entries are a sure way to get blacklisted from future commenting.

Then read this: I cannot recommend books, tell you about books I haven’t written, provide information about books that have not yet been published (even if writing is in progress), or get you review copies of books. I cannot recommend computer models or software or advise you about software compatibility. I can’t even recommend a consultant who can do these things for you. Please don’t try to contact me with questions that ask for any of these things; I simply will not respond. If I had a dollar for the e-mail messages I got that asked for these things, I’d be very wealthy and have a secretary to read all my e-mail. I’m not and I don’t.
